Extra Virgin Olive Oil PGI

Here at Tenuta Montauto we have 1,000 olive trees of the Caninese, Moraiolo, Leccino and Frantoio varieties up to 50 years old. Every year, the extra virgin oil we obtain is different and, even in difficult years, like the last, the result fills us with great satisfaction.
The salient sensation is a soft and reassuring sweetness, where the spiciness comes in, gently, to refresh and, not least, to boost the final perception.
