Metodo Classico Sangiovese

A straw yellow wine with antique gold highlights, the nose is extraordinarily fresh, with hints of fruit accompanied by pleasant, but not aggressive, yeast notes. Fine bubbles envelop the entire palate, in the mouth it expresses itself with great elegance, crisp, mineral and with good acidity.
