As of this year, we have decided to permanently abandon the use of natural cork for the use of a technical cork.
For our two most important wines Enos I and Pinot Noir we used Diam 10.

Tested and approved by numerous international laboratories, the Diam 10 is a stopper that combines the tradition of cork with the mechanical and organoleptic safety of a technological stopper.

Free of TCA and numerous other molecules responsible for sensory deviations, it prevents spillage, oozing and capillary rise, preserving wine aromas during ageing.

It was a long and difficult decision, matured after many tastings of old vintages, the same vintage never giving uniformity of characteristics.

We could not vinify years of hard and meticulous work for just one moment of visual pleasure.
