It starts from grandfather Enos with his vision of planting Sauvignon in Montauto, it starts from the prejudices of those who did not believe it was possible to produce a great Sauvignon in Maremma. It starts from our visceral commitment, from our stubbornness in raising the bar of quality over the years and getting where we are. This is not a point of arrival, but a starting point. For Montauto! For Maremma! Dear Enos I You deserve this award. You deserve it for the way you are: elegant, long-lived, sober and never excessive.
