Da quest’anno abbiamo deciso di abbandonare definitivamente l’utilizzo del sughero naturale per l’utilizzo di un sughero tecnico. Per i nostri due vini più importanti Enos I e Pinot Nero abbiamo utilizzato il Diam 10. Testato ed approvato da numerosi laboratori internazionali, il Diam 10 è un tappo che abbina alla tradizione del sughero la sicurezza meccanica
